Hi , I’m Abby—

I’m a therapist, deep-feeler, and someone who believes you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with women, young adults, and late teens moving through the quiet, tender spaces where old stories are unraveling and new ones are waiting to be written.

This is therapy for your whole self – rooted in evidence-based practice and grounded in soulful reflection.

Who I Work With

I work with curious, high-functioning humans who are often “doing well on paper” but quietly feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in the shuffle of life.

If you’re navigating a transition — graduating, moving, ending a relationship, starting something new — or if you’re craving more self-understanding, you’re in the right place.

I especially love working with:

  • Young adults & women in their 20s/30s

  • People with high-functioning anxiety, people-pleasing or perfectionist tendencies

  • Those wrestling with self-worth, identity, and big life questions

  • Fellow deep feelers & sensitive souls trying to make peace with their minds

You don’t have to do this alone.

This is the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.
