Come Home to Yourself.

A grounded space for therapy, reflection, and meaningful inner work.

Hi , I’m Abby—

a therapist and fellow deep-feeler.

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning humans who are “doing well on paper,” but inwardly feel stuck, scattered, or emotionally overextended.

Maybe you're in a life shift — ending a relationship, changing careers, questioning everything. Or maybe you’re just tired of trying to hold it all together.

Therapy with me is relational, intuitive, and rooted in curiosity. This is a space to slow down, hear yourself think, and come home to who you really are.

Who I work With

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning humans who are “doing well on paper” — but inwardly feel scattered, stuck, or emotionally overextended.

You might be:

- A woman in your 20s or 30s navigating a life transition

- A deep-feeling achiever who looks steady on the outside, but feels scrambled inside

- A perfectionist, people-pleaser, or “strong one” carrying the weight of it all

- A business owner or creative craving clarity, rest, and self-trust

If that resonates, you're not alone — and you're in the right place.

What we might explore:

This is a space for your whole self.
For your grief. Your questions. Your becoming.

We’ll slow things down. Sort through the noise. Help you feel more like *you* — grounded, clear, and connected.

What we might explore:

- Life transitions + identity shifts

- Anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm

- Self-trust + decision-making

- Relationship patterns (with yourself + others)

- Gentle support for ADHD brains

After therapy, you might feel…

More grounded and self-connected

Reconnected to your voice and values

Less reactive, more intentional

Able to rest without guilt

Clearer about boundaries and decisions

“Abby helped me reconnect with myself. Our work felt like the first place I could exhale.”
